Our updated kitchen is a chef's delight, fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances and complete sets of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils to accommodate 12 guests. The adjacent dining area, designed to comfortably seat all, offers easy access to the charming patio, making every mealtime a joyous occasion.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to the tiered outdoor space, featuring a beautiful yard, deck, and stone steps - perfect for pets, outdoor dining, or simply soaking up the sun.

Your Space:

+Exclusive Access: All floors are all yours except the closet in the living room next to the bathroom it is locked means they are off-limits.

+The unicorn curtained door in the basement is off limits this is to ensure safety of all guests so please adhere.

Parking:

+There are 3 spots for your cars.

Amenities & Guidelines:

+Laundry: Located on the 2nd floor. Access to the laundry room is available upon request. Just ask for the key!

+Storage: Locked closets and cabinets are for supplies and not accessible. Need extra towels or bedding? Just message us.

+Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Continuous noise disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund. A noise level above 65 decibels for more than 10 minutes will alert our team, and we may reach out to gently remind you of this policy. Continuous disturbances could regrettably lead to eviction without a refund, as we also have neighbors to consider so please be respectful.

+ Parties/Events are strictly prohibited.

+Privacy and Security: Cameras are installed only outside the apartment for security. Minut device monitors noise, temperature, and humidity without recording personal conversations.

+Safety Agreements: You'll be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and a Release of Liability for use of the outdoor stairs, fire-pit, patio, BBQ grill, the stairs and 2nd floor hallway. While all are in excellent condition, this is a precautionary measure to ensure everyone's safety.

+Cleaning: We follow a thorough cleaning protocol after each guest's stay.

+This is a SMOKE FREE home

+NO unapproved early check in & late check out please!

+ Pet Policy: We can only accommodate small breeds (50 pounds max) and we requires pet fee.

Safety & Responsibility:

+ Care for Belongings: We encourage you to keep an eye on your personal items. We cannot be responsible for anything left behind after your stay.

+ Security Measures: As a security measure for our building security rules, we may request a government photo ID upon booking.

Courtesy Guidelines:

+ Quiet Hours: Let's respect our neighbors! Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

+ Maximum Occupancy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. We kindly ask you to adhere to this limit.

Heads Up on Additional Fees (Just in Case!):

+ Extra Deep Cleaning Fee: up to $500

+ Damage Compensation: We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s accidental damage, we'd appreciate your cooperation in covering the costs.

+ Smoking Penalty: A steep $1000 fee, to ensure a smoke-free environment for all.

+ Uninvited Party Fee: A $1000 charge to uphold the peaceful charm of our home.

+ Late Check-out: Need more time? Let's discuss in advance! Otherwise, a $75 fee applies every 30 minutes past 10 a.m.

+ Additional Guests: Hosting more than 12? It is not allowed, and if caught, it’s $150 per extra person.
